The second year transitions into deep substantive laws and introduces students to the procedures that govern the Indian judicial system.

  • Core Subjects: Environmental Law, Criminal Law (Indian Penal Code - IPC), Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC), Property Law, Company Law, and Administrative Law.
  • Focus Area: Mastering the definitions and punishments of crimes, understanding the procedures of arrest, bail, and trial, analyzing corporate governance, and studying property transfer mechanisms.

The final year bridges the gap between theory and practice, heavily emphasizing clinical legal education and professional readiness.

  • Core Subjects: Code of Civil Procedure (CPC), Law of Evidence, Labour & Industrial Law, Principles of Taxation Law, Drafting, Pleading & Conveyancing, and Professional Ethics.
  • Focus Area: Intense practical legal training, drafting actual court documents, learning the rules of evidence, participating in Moot Court exercises, and undergoing mandatory internships.
