Committee Overview

Promoting Justice and Dispute Resolution

The Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) & Legal Aid Board serves as a crucial avenue for promoting mediation, arbitration, and conciliation. In today's fast-paced legal environment, resolving conflicts outside traditional courts is highly valued.

Additionally, our Legal Aid Clinic ensures that marginalized sections of society have access to free legal counseling. Students get hands-on experience by organizing legal literacy camps and participating in Lok Adalats.

  • Training in Mediation, Negotiation, and Arbitration techniques.
  • Free legal counseling services for the underprivileged.
  • Organizing Legal Awareness and Literacy Camps in rural areas.
  • Collaboration with the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA).

Our Mission

To provide accessible, affordable, and amicable dispute resolution mechanisms to the community, while training law students in ADR techniques. We aim to empower marginalized groups through legal awareness and free aid, ensuring justice for all regardless of economic status.

Our Vision

To become a leading center for ADR education and pro bono legal services in Punjab, recognized for our role in reducing court backlog through mediation and arbitration, and for producing socially conscious legal professionals.
