Mastering the Art of Advocacy

The Moot Court Society at Lincoln College of Law is a dynamic and essential platform designed to bridge the gap between theoretical legal education and practical courtroom advocacy. Our fully equipped replica courtroom provides students with a realistic environment to practice their skills.

Under the guidance of experienced faculty and practicing advocates, students are trained in legal research, drafting memorials, and presenting compelling oral arguments. We actively participate in and host prestigious National and International Moot Court Competitions.

  • Practical exposure to judicial proceedings and courtroom etiquette.
  • Rigorous training in legal drafting and exhaustive case research.
  • Opportunities to compete at National and International levels.
  • Mentorship from distinguished alumni and legal professionals.

Our Mission

To foster excellence in legal advocacy by providing rigorous training in moot court practices, enabling students to become persuasive, ethical, and confident litigators. We aim to create a culture of legal research and oratory that prepares our students for the highest standards of the legal profession.

Our Vision

To be recognized as one of India's premier moot court societies, producing advocates who excel in national and international competitions and contribute meaningfully to the justice delivery system.
